We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisifed for any reason, return it to us within 30 days and we will either exchange the item or cheerfully refund your money. Your only cost is the postage to return the item.

You must contact us by phone at 714.836.1191. We will give you an RMA #, which must be on the shipping label of the returned item. We will also instruct you exactly where to return the item. As we ship from different warehouses around the country, your return location will depend on where we shipped the item from. You must pay return postage. That's it.

If for any reason the product you ordered was defective, faulty, or just plain the wrong thing, We will refund your return postage. No hassles.
