The Lighter Socket Mount features our newest mounting pedestal, a flexible 10" gooseneck pedestal.  The pedestal shaft bends thereby allowing you to position your iPod with optimal directional placement.  Once you've chosen the optimal position, the pedestal remains rigid enough to offset vibration while driving.  Another unique feature of this mount is the swivel ratcheting mechanism that connects the pedestal to the iPod cradle.  It allows you position your iPod at whatever angle you require.
